The Canadian Centre for Conflict Management (CCCM) offers a full suite of conflict management services including: investigation/fact finding, facilitation, mediation, med-arbitration, arbitration and neutral third-party services.

We offer a broad range of foundational, advanced, and specialized workshops that equip individuals and organizations with the skills necessary to effectively address conflicts, disputes, challenging situations and challenging personalities.

Our service offerings are delivered by highly credentialed industry leading practitioners, educators and trainers with expertise in law, education, public service, social work, urban planning, and counseling. Our expertise covers a range of areas including employment and workplace, police services, hospitals and health care, condominiums, human rights, indigenous people’s issues, urban and municipal planning, community conflict, environmental and public policy, construction, commercial, real estate and other civil law disputes.

Our workshops and training modules are designed to build organizational capacity. Conflict is costly. Developing in-house expertise to address conflicts efficiently and effectively makes solid business sense.

Our workshops have been structured to appeal to both the emerging practitioner and the seasoned professional. For the emerging practitioner, they offer a simple, straightforward path to skills building and accreditation. For the seasoned professional, they offer an opportunity to sharpen an existing skills base and to expand knowledge in new and emerging areas of conflict management.
